| (in English) | According to rapid development of computerized process in a hospital, a transfer robot has been expecting to improve logistics. However, patient’s and staff’s safety concerning with actions of an autonomous mobile robot has not been discussed yet. In this study, we evaluate effects of robot actions in the hospital entrance. Our results shows some of the hospital activities, especially announcement for patients, has improved after introducing the robot. | |
