In this research, we propose active antenna combined with Step-edge Vertical Channel Organic Field-Effect Transistor (SVC-OFET) for the use of low cost printing RFID tag. To achieve the modulation of 10 % amplitude modulation based on international standard, the active antenna using the variation of resistance and capacitance of SVC-OFET are fabricated and a RFID modulation system in 13.56 MHz is estimated. The inductance value is improved by around 4 times and modulation factor is improved by 1.26 times compared to previous research. Moreover, SVC-OFET is fabricated using nanoimprinting which is simple and low cost process and the RFID characteristics in 13.56 MHz are investigated. |
