| (in English) | Many service providers try to collect and store life logs, such as purchase history, route records, sensing data of home devices and so on into cloud environment. The risk of revealing privacy information is a critical issue for these service providers. We propose a new technique for privacy preserving data analysis in which we can achieve analytic results with reducing the risk of revealing privacy information. The proposed technique based on the concept of the privacy aware transformation (PAT), gives a way to get analytic result from translated data where it is difficult to get original data which may contain privacy information. We show the basic architecture of the privacy aware transformation and discuss its practical application. Our proposal is providing a practical mechanism for service providers. Users are also able to get the benefits of disclosing analytic result with less risk of revealing the privacy information. | |
