| (in English) | In this research, we have developed a system which supports Japanese pronunciation learning for foreign students by using a speech recognition software named Julius. In this system, we have realized automatic evaluation of learners’ pronunciation by using the speech recognition software. By the automatic evaluation function, even beginners can check their pronunciation without depending on a teacher. In addition, learners can perform the learning according to the levels of their Japanese by the pronunciation learning courses that correspond to the level of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. Further,learners can learn their weak pronunciation selectively by learning courses classified by native language in consideration of the native language interference. |
