| (in English) | To ensure that smart-phone services meet the high expectations of end users, the service development and improvement based on an understanding of various users’ consciousness are important. We surveyed the use actual condition of mobile IP telephony and cellar phone in the Web questionnaire. We clarified positioning of each service using the CS portfolio analysis based on importance and degree of satisfaction, and analyzed users’ consciousness using the relative value the average marks of each service and the average value of average marks of all the services. In this analysis, it was shown clearly that positioning of service differs by each classification, which is classified according to a generation and service use frequency in an evaluator. Thus, in the service development and improvement, predominance of analyzing users’ consciousness for a service by a relative comparison of various services was clarified. | |
