Transmission Quantity Investigation for Substrate Integrated Waveguides on Shield Enclosure Apertures

(in English) We investigated a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) resonators in order to suppress electromagnetic noise from apertures of shield enclosures. SIW resonators are composed of multiple via and conductors on printed boards. In this paper, we designed the SIW resonators to suppress electromagnetic noise from 20GHz to 40GHz by electromagnetic analysis. The transmission quantities of SIW resonators are verified by measurement. The transmission quantities of SIW resonators are less than 40dB. Therefore SIW resonators are proved that those are effective in electromagnetic noise suppression.
