Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We examine the wide area of the common-mode input voltage range of the op amp that operates at low
power supply voltage. In this study, we aimed to realize a wide area by using a silicon substrate that can controlle
the bulk terminal of the MOS transistor. It indicates that controlling bulk terminal is able to spread the common
mode voltage range without changing of transconductance gm which conventional circuit has. In addition, this
reserch indicates not only common mode voltage range, but also improvement of CMRR.
