Automatic Moving Persons Detection in Lecture Scene

(in English) Our aim is to develop an assist system for analyzing the effect of active learning. As the first trial, this paper proposes a automatic detection method for moving persons from lecture scene taken by fixed cameras in the lecture room. The propose system is consisted of the following steps: (1) the feature points detection from each frame of image, (2) the temporary flows detection which corresponded two feature points in consecutive frames, (3) the connection and merging process. We applied the proposed method to six lecture scenes, and showed the effectiveness.
