It is required for a care house of elderly people to provide uniform and high quality service to the user.
However, the contents of actual care work are varied depending on the care workers in the institute and some care taking actions tend to induce unexpected accidents during the care taking. Therefore, in this research, by paying attention to the worker’s operation called ‘Koekake’, the action of voicing one’s action to take, at the care spot, the care services which each care worker is performing are recorded and structured.
And the system which performs warning and action recommendation to the care worker is proposed. |
