Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Silver contacts are separated at constant speed and break arc are generated in aDC100-450V and 2-10A resistive circuit. Position changes of a spot of break arc on the anode and changes of the move conditions to the side of contact are investigated by changing power supply voltage and circuit current. As a result, a spot of break arc seen on the anode began to move to the side of it after gap voltage increased rapidly. And, as the increase in power supply voltage and circuit current, the migration length of a spot on the contact side is increased and it became easy to move to the side of contact.
