[Special Talk] Wearable Dual Band Antenna for BAN Use

(in English) For the purpose of medical support and health care, BAN technology attracts attention mainly in the field of medical ICT. The wearable finger-ring antenna is studied because the antenna for BAN is assumed that used in human body neighborhood. The finger-ring antenna is expected small-sized and low-profile. In this paper, the double finger-ring antenna is proposed, and it operating as dual band antenna in ISM band and UWB band, and small-sized finger-ring antenna in comparison with presented finger-ring antenna are realized. Besides, this paper solves the operating principles of proposed double finger-ring antenna by current distribution
