| (in English) | It is known that loaded some metals on the TiO2 surface facilitate their organic decomposition properties. In this study, Cu and Fe were loaded in the TiO2 films. The concentration of Cu and Fe loading was varied from 0.2 to 5wt%, respectively. Their hydrophilic property and Methylene blue decomposition properties were evaluated. We also tried to investigate difference between Cu loading and Fe loading by using XRD, XPS analyses and photo absorbance measurement. We found that pure TiO2 showed best properties in this study. And it was shown that the 5wt% of Cu and Fe loading deteriorated the photocatalytic properties. | |
