Multi-Kernal Adaptive Filters With Multiple Dictionaries and Regularization

(in English) A multi-kernel adaptive filter updates filter coefficients to obtain desired data in the sum of multiple reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces associated with different kernels. The multi-kernel adaptive filter is efficient adaptive algorithm for nonlinear systems.However, although respective kernels have different ability to approximate an unknown function, a dictionary which consists of input data is applied uniformly to respective kernels. Hence, the performance of adaptation might decrease. Furthermore, it is necessary to consider the overfitting. In this paper, we propose a new multi-kernel adaptive filtering algorithm with
multiple dictionaries and regularization. Moreover, for the adaptation of nonstationary systems, we consider the reduction of dictionary size. Numerical examples show the efficacy of the proposed method.
