| (in English) | The paper considers a linear connected-(r, s)-out-of-(m, n): F lattice system in which components are ordered like the elements of a linear (m, n)-matrix. A condition-based maintenance under periodic inspection is applied to prevent system failures. If the system fails between inspections, failed components are replaced with new ones. If the system survives until inspection time points, the system state (component states) is inspected and preventive maintenance is done if many components are failed and it is difficult to survive to the next inspection point. A criticality measure to define the system state is proposed for preventive maintenance. The measure is related to the number of working components in (r, s)-grid in the (m, n)-grid. If the criticality measure satisfies the predetermined condition at each inspection, the failed components are replaced with new ones to prevent system failures in the next inspection interval. Otherwise, we do nothing at the inspection point. The expected cost rate is used as an optimization criterion. The expected cost rate is estimated by simulation and some numerical examples are studied. | |
