A Study on Cancellation of Delayed Path beyond Guard Interval and Signal Reconstruction for OFDM Systems
Masato Saito, Ryota Sekiya (Ryukyu Univ.) WBS2013-12
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we consider the Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) cancellation techniques for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems with multipath beyond Guard Interval (GI).
We proposed ISI cancellation techniques based on Compressed Sensing (CS) and evaluated the proposed technique in Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel.
In this study, we propose a channel estimation method and data symbol estimation methods both based on CS framework.
According to the computer simulation results of the proposed method, the proposed method can enjoy low Bit Error Rate (BER) performances less than six-sample delayed path beyond GI for OFDM systems with 64 subcarriers.
