(in English) Seeing Recent ICT services field, it is clear that mobile terminals and cloud services have been spread rapidly. In addition, outbreaks of video services will bring heavy traffic. It is important for us to study fundamental features of resource management in a new perspective. I focus on resource management model considering a sway in the network service systems which include the cloud service systems.
