A Transmission Power Control Method by Interference Power Estimation in Shared Frequency Bands

(in English) This paper evaluates interference power reduction effect with the proposed transmission power control (TPC) method for low-priority systems by accurate estimation of interference power in high-priority systems before signal transmission in spectrum sharing systems. The utilization efficiency of the low-priority system with the TPC method in shared frequency bands is also evaluated. The results of computer simulations show that the TPC method can reduce interference power to less than permissible interference power of the high-priority system in the shared transmission power control band. The results also show that the total power ratio of 0.5dB for the low-priority system can be achieved in the band at transmission power reduction of 20dB.
