(in English) In this paper, we demonstrated a new low-cost, high-throughput Direct Pen Painting (DPP) technique that uses a felt-tip pen to deliver polymer to a patterned substrate surface in a “direct paint” manner towards the high performance of organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). Among a wide variety of film processing methods, DPP allows to obtain a high degree of molecular orientation, and therefore exceptional high speed OTFTs with high stability and durability.
