Application of Support Vector Regression and Effective Features to Estimation of the Configuration Loads for Load Leveling Control on EMS

(in English) In order to keep always capable of processing a request the delay is not allowed, EMS has been to invest in CAPEX/OPEX depending on demand performance at maximum load. However, because there is no demand, except a time of maximum load, this correspondence is a factor that promotes excess performance.
Therefore, for the purpose of reducing the CAPEX/OPEX, consider the approach for performing appropriate load balancing (peak cut) based on the available capacity performance of the EMS. In this paper, we studied on the estimation of the available capacity performance of the EMS in our first attempt. We have proposed an application of SVR (Support Vector Regression) and the features for this problem. We demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposals with objective and quantitative validation the versatility of the estimation model using the actual EMS operational history in a career.
