Conductive Noise Analysis for Automobile Invertors by Equivalent Circuits
Yasuhiro Shiraki, Yuichi Sasaki, Naoto Oka (Mitsubishi Electric) EMCJ2012-126
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Noise problems in electric automobile equipments become more serious of recent application of high speed switching. On the other hand, it is necessary for miniaturization of equipments to build in noise filters inside the automobile equipments. Therefore it is required to predict conductive noise level, because it is difficult to re-design noise filters after trial process. In this paper, the equivalent circuits which consist of noise filters, switching devices and motors are investigated to predict the conductive noise. It is considered common mode noise propagation path in stray capacitance and lead inductance. The error of equivalent circuits is verified less than 7dB below 10MHz by measurement.
