Parameter Design and Adjacency Condition of Coupled Oscillators for Chaos-based Transmission Rate Control

(in English) Synchronizations of packet losses or window control actions of different flows cause TCP global synchronization problem. We have proposed transmission rate control by using chaotic nature appearing in coupled oscillators to solve the problem. Our control can avoid the synchronizations and achieve the fair utilization of network bandwidth and the improvement of throughput.
In this paper, we clarify the elements that the interaction of each oscillators in coupled oscillators affect on throughput . Additionally, we discuss parameter design and adjacency condition of the coupled oscillators, for better performance.
