An OpenFlow-based Scalable Method and its Implementation to Control Traffic on Mobile Terminal

(in English) A method is proposed to improve scalability of the system to control mobile terminal's traffic by deploying OpenFlow Controller in a terminal.
Mobile-data Offload has been driven forward, because data traffic generated by terminals has increased dramatically.
We have proposed methods which embed OpenFlow Switch function in terminals and control it from OpenFlow Controller through network.
However, it is difficult to achieve scalability because there are tens
of millions of terminals to be controlled.
In this report, we propose a method which deploy an OpenFlow Controller in a terminal and it can collaborate with the remote one.
We also explain details of implementation of the prototype system which has a part of functionality of the method.
The scalability is expected to be improved by the method because most of the control messages can be handled inside the termnal.
