(in English) Network design methods based on Mathematical Programming have been attracting attention for complicated network construction.
Meanwhile, it is difficult to design large-scale networks using MILP because of heavy computational complexity (NP-hard).
In this paper, we propose a design method of appropriately selecting design variables according to network condition in order to reduce the computational complexity. Finally we evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
