Bandwidth Allocation Method Considering Users' QoE of Communication Speed and Its Evaluation

(in English) Network quality has been measured by QoS (Quality of service), which is based on physical metrics such as network delay and bandwidth. On the other hand, QoE (Quality of experience), which is another metric for the network quality measurement and defined by users' subjective feeling or perception, attracts more and more attentions recently.
However, the QoE value dynamically changes depending on users' situation and environment even if the same QoS is provided to the users.
This paper proposes a QoE-centric bandwidth allocation method considering users' situation to achieve flexible network resource utilization. The effectiveness of the proposed method is also clarified by numerical analysis.
