High Isolation Design Technique for Multiple Coupled Line Power Divider

(in English) In this work, R-C-R circuit structure was employed to improve the isolation characteristic of the power divider. Transmission line with a length of ・?46 was used, and R-C-R circuit was designed to obtain high isolation characteristic. The proposed power divider employing R-C-R circuit showed an isolation of -23.5 dB at a center frequency, while the power divider without R-C-R circuit showed an isolation of -7.5 dB. In addition, the RF characteristics of the 4-way divider were investigated using the measured results of the 3 port divider. According to the results, the power division characteristic of the 4-way divider was - 8 dB at 6 GHz, and its size was 1.21 mm2.
