Spike-pattern based analysis of integration and transmission of neural activity in diverging/converging neural networks

(in English) There are experimental evidences showing existence of preferred spike patterns in experimental multivariate spike trains. In this study we adopted a ten layers feed-forward neural network model, and observed spike transmission through layers focusing on the spike patterns. Input spike trains to the network were derived by selecting some spikes of a spike train generated by a dynamical system. We observed that under the noise existence condition, the temporal structure of spikes derived from the dynamical system could be propagated up to the 10-th layer. And in some cases it was retained better around the 4-th layer.
