Bifurcation Phenomena of the Class-EM Amplifier with One Input Signal

(in English) The class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier with one input signal is an improved version of the class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier because of the feedback voltage $v_{\textrm f}$. The class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier with one input signal is took notice. Because it keeps high efficiency and high frequency, and applies to various application. Here, we discussed the dynamic behavior of the class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier outside of nominal conditions. However, there are no study about the bifurcation phenomena of the class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier. This paper examines the bifurcation phenomena of the class-E$_{\textrm M}$ amplifier with one input signal. First, the circuit dynamics is shown. Next, the circuit equation and definition of parameters are described. Then, the switching rules are expressed. And, the behavior of the orbit are shown at the widely parameter space; based on the 2-parameter bifurcation diagram and 1-parameter bifurcation diagram. Finally, the bifurcation phenomena are discussed at the sight of the power-conversion efficiency using by the example of grazing bifurcation and the eigenvalues.
