A Sparse Signal Processing for Angular Estimation of Spread Wave Sources

(in English) In this paper, we propose a width estimation method for an angular spread wave source using sparse signal processing, because conventional methods cannot estimate angular spread wave source. For example, A super-resolution technique such as MUSIC(MUltiple SIgnal Classification) algorithm cannot estimate angular spread wave source, because point wave source model is premised in the algorithm. Beamforming method cannot reconstruct the edge of the spread wave source due to insufficient resolution. On the other hand, the proposed angular estimation method introducing the sparse signal processing can be expected to resolute spared source sharply because of its basis. We confirmed the capability of the proposed method for the spared source by some simulations.
