Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In smartphone-based Ad Hoc networks (MANETs), it is necessary to consider power efficiency and available battery capacity to avoid disruption of communication. Also, mobile nodes in real networks are found in a variety of battery conditions, including possibility of charging a device while walking. In this paper, we simulate MANETs using realistic battery conditions and consumption scenarios, and use this simulation to test the proposal in form of a new AODV path establishment method which takes into consideration these factors.
