Correlation of frontotemporal lobe and magnetic resonance spectroscopy in a memory function

(in English) Various researches using MRI are done to the brain function. There is the method of describing the nerve fiber within a brain by a three dimension. It is called Diffusion Tensor Tractography. The nerve fiber in a memory function exists. Then, the nerve fascicle of the region of frontotemporal lobe about memory function is described by Diffusion Tensor Tractography. FA (Fractional Anisotropy) and ADC (Apparent Diffusion Coefficient) value which are the indices of DTI (Diffusion Tensor Imaging) are acquired. A score is acquired by Memory performance inspection and Technic of MRS (Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy) can be acquired in consistency index of metabolic substance of frontotemporal lobe. Although previous study investigated correlation of DTI and memory performance inspection, there were no report which investigated the relation comprehensively including MRS. Therefore, this research evaluates quantitatively the correlation of DTI and memory performance inspection, MRS in a memory functional region. And the subject of research progress and future work is reported.
