Estimation of scatterer density of lymph node by statistical analysis of RF signal

(in English) We have presented analysis method of echo signal for the purpose of the quantitative estimation of the liver fibrosis. In this method, the echo signal from fibrotic liver is composed of reflected signals from normal and fibrotic tissues, we proposed the model in which the amplitude distribution of the echo signal is expressed by combining two Rayleigh distributions. It can be quantitatively determined from statistics to solve the inverse problem of the echo signal amplitude parameters corresponding to the quantity and quality of living tissue by using this model. In this report, we have examined the effects with the aim of estimating the density of scattering of human lymph nodes using this method, the parameters given to the presence or absence of cancer metastasis. As a result, It was shown that the change tendency of the parameters are different depending on the presence or absence of cancer metastasis.
