| (in English) | The derivation of the impulse sensitivity function (ISF) of oscillators are widely used for the evaluation of the phase noise of oscillators. We have developed the method of the evaluation of the sensitivity to the external noise in oscillators based on the ISF. In this paper, by the new approach of the ISF method, the information of the phase shift of the sensitivity function in oscillators is derived as well as the magnitude of the sensitivity function. From the derived data of the ISF, the influence of the external noise to a PLL circuit is evaluated by the analysis of the closed-loop control and the behavioral model simulation. Finally we suggest the low-noise design of the PLL circuit to the external noise. | |
