| (in English) | In recent years, the public wireless LAN service area such as the station or the airport is increasing and expanding by the rapid development of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) based on IEEE 802.11 standard. Moreover, due to advances in the smartphone tethering technology, the portable access point (AP) such as the mobile Wi-Fi router is promoted. In the case of using the AP, users need to select one AP to connect to their devices from many APs. For the AP selection, access-point selection algorithm by users' cooperative moving has been proposed, but this has taken no account of the mobility of access points. In this paper, we propose the AP selection method, where mobile APs move cooperatively in addition to the user mobility. Moreover, we show that the throughput by our proposed method improves sharply compared with the existing method. |
