In our study, we consider an algorithm for searching Pareto solutions of optimal design problem of a two-objective network with all-terminal reliability and construction /operational cost. Existing algorithms are efficient for solving all-terminal reliabilities. However, there is an issue that it is necessary to calculate all sub-networks, and it takes much time to calculate when the number of nodes and edges is large.
So, for reducing unnecessary computing process, we researched a relation between efficiency of edge and solutions rank. Based on these properties of network, we propose a new efficient algorithm for limiting the range of sub-network which should be calculated, and evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of a proposed algorithm. |
