| (in English) | Information networks are important social infrastructure, and we should keep stable and sustainable characteristics of the networks. Since retry traffic causes great impact on stability of networks, we should, in particular, consider the effect of retry traffic for designing and controlling networks. We have proposed Quasi-Static Approach which can evaluate system performance including retry traffic by considering interaction with both networks and users. This approach is based on the fact that the behavior of system is very faster than users’ perceivable time-scale. However, the previous research considers a specific model which assumes that users’ behaviors are synchronized. Since the retry occurs independently among users, the previous model is inadequate for actual system evaluation. In this paper, we show the performance evaluation describing the retry traffic autonomously generated by users, in the framework of Quasi-Static approach. | |
