We located gold nanoparticles coupled with supramolecules onto Si and glass substrate without aggregation, and measured the optical characteristics of the substrate. The utilized supramolecules has specified peptides which can bind to Ti and gold. Our distinguished process can control a locating position and size of nanoparticles. Our process successfully provided plasmon absorbance of nanoparticles on Si and glass substrate, by wrapping SiO2 layer for gold nanoparticle. |
