Temperature dependence measurements of complex permittivity for dielectric plates using 80GHz resonator for the cutoff circular waveguide method

(in English) Authors have been presented the high accuracy complex permittivity measurement method for low loss dielectric plates in millimeter wave region, named as the cut-off circular waveguide method. It is useful to be able to measure temperature dependence of complex permittivity at millimeter wave band. Authors have also reported a temperature dependence measurement system in the range from 30 GHz to 60 GHz. In this report, a newly developed temperature dependence measurement system is presented to be able to measure in the range from 50GHz to 110GHz. Moreover, temperature dependencies of complex permittivity for PTFE plate and two kinds of quartz glass plate were measured by using the developed system and 80GHz resonator in the range from -40 to +100 Celsius degree.
