Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We are developing a Japanese text presentation system for a pupil with reading difficulty. We have some experimental uses of the text presentation system on pupils with reading difficulty. This paper discusses about the experiment. The text presentation system records the process of reading. There is the clear relation between the elapsed time for reading the highlighted chunk and the length of the chunk in regular reading actions. However, there are apparent differences in the chunk where the reader has a difficulty about reading the chunk. We inspect all irregular chunks. There are some kinds of reading difficulties. The irregular chunks show the difficulty types. The difficulty types show the necessary guidances.
