| (in English) | We introduce our spread spectrum watermarking method and report evaluation results, which won IHC award in the watermarking contest at FIT 2012. In our method, wartermarks are generated from messages by using spread codes. The wartermarks are embedded into DCT coefficients in order to endure JPEG compression. We also use Quantization index modulation (QIM) to embed the watermarks. In order to get high quality stego image, amount of the watermarks should be smaller. We therefore choose shorter spread codes sequence. Moreover, the parameter used in QIM is need to be optimized. In this report, we propose the procedure how to choose these parameters. As a result, by using our procedure, we can obtain high quality stego image that achieves bit error rate equals to zero, when JPEG compression rate equals to 1/20. |
