We made the measurement system of the oxygen saturation of retina using dual-wavelength spectroscopic analysis. This system is measurable with safety and noninvasive. In this work, we propose the new estimate method for the oxygen saturation of the retina area using the oxygen saturation of capillary vessels under the low light level condition. To confirm the validity of the new system, we compere the oxygen saturation of our system and the pulse oximeter . |
