| (in English) | A spectrum sharing via cognitive technology has been attracted attention as an effective solution to a spectrum shortage. In the spectrum sharing, cognitive user (Secondary user:SU) has to access to license bands under the sufficient constraint for protecting the PU. In the cognitive radio, the Digital TV system, IEEE 802.11 and so on are considered as the PU, and cellular system is also considered in the minority. In the cellular systems, the performance is not only depended on space distribution of the capacity but also scheduling behavior. However, we cannot find the paper evaluation the influence of effect to scheduling performance caused by existence of SU. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on the scheduling behavior in the PU, impacted by interference constraint metric. This paper evaluates achievable rate, fairness and delay under three constraint which limit constant interference power, Signal to Interference Ratio and Capacity conservation ratio. Through the computer simulation, the capacity conservation ratio show better protection performance in the primary scheduling. | |
