A Study of an LTCC Substrate-Based Diplexer with Attenuation Poles Using BPFs Consisting of Tapped -1st Order CRLH Transmission Line Resonators

(in English) Bandpass filters(BPFs) using tapped -1st order composit right/left-handed(CRLH) transmission line resonators are proposed. The proposed BPFs fabricated in the low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) substrate are examined by electromagnetic simulator. In addition,\,the transmission characteristics and isolation characteristics of a diplexer using the BPFs fabricated in the LTCC substrate are examined. As a result,\,we have confirmed by the simulation that the diplexer-based characteristics with attenuation poles are obtained.
