(in English) This paper describes the characteristics of switching power supply using new low standby PWM-IC. The new PWM-IC has a function of X-Capacitor discharge for low standby power. For comparison, the characteristics of power supply using conventional PWM-IC is also shown. As the result, we made it clear that the characteristics of power supply using new PWM-IC can be achieved more than one using conventional IC.
