Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This paper proposes two concept of SMA (shape memory alloy) opener with low power consumption which opens the gas tank on orbit for inflatable structure. Inflatable structure is the thin membrane which is sustained by pressurized gas inside it, and has attracted a lot of attention for the large structure in space. We will show the effectiveness of the small SMA opener by experiments.
