| 抄録 | （和） | 事故やトラブル事象の背景要因を分析するためには，関係者への聞き取りなどの情報収集が必要である．そこで，我々は，調査手続きの標準化と教育指導方法に関する研究の第一段階として，ヒューマンエラーや事故調査に対する考え方や態度の現状を調べる調査を実施した．また，これらと年齢や安全管理業務の経験，性格特性との関係について分析した．もし，思考や態度が，個人属性に起因するのであれば，聞き取り手法は根本的な改善が必要になると考えた．しかし，調査の結果，これらの関係性がほとんどみられないことが確認できた． |
| （英） | It is necessary to collect information to analyze the human factor of an accident and a trouble. The method is a hearing investigation for the person concerned. Therefore, we carried out the study of the first stage to standardize the investigation procedure, and to develop a method of the education. We examined a way of thinking and attitude toward human error and accident investigation. Furthermore, we examined the relations with the personality trait, age, experience of safety management. Essential improvement will be necessary to let you get an investigation procedure, if a way of thinking and attitude originate in a personal attribute. However, we were able to confirm that these relations were irrelevant. | |
