(in English) Single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) have received considerable attention as a nonlinear optical material for ultrashort lasers and optical switch devices because of their attractive features such as ultrafast saturable absorption (SA) effects with a recovery time of faster than 1 ps. The SA wavelength depends on the tube diameter. We previously reported an SWNT polymer material that used polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and applied it to a passively mode-locked Er fiber laser for 171 fs pulse generation at 1.55 m. In this report, we describe a mode-locked Yb-doped fiber laser for femtosecond pulse generation at 1.1 m realized by using an SWNT/PMMA wafer in the cavity. By optimizing the cavity configuration as a dispersion-managed soliton laser, we obtained a 543 fs, 15.1 MHz pulse train.
