(in English) A number of case studies show the effectiveness of applying CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) for enterprise system development to shortening period or to improve productivity. Actually there are not only efforts for system development but also ones for maintenance, so it is difficult to improve organization’s overall productivity by shortening the period of only one project. This paper shows how to utilize the feeding buffers as one of the application method of CCPM which is effective to maximize the overall productivity for the organization developing and maintaining the enterprise system, and also shows the result of adopting the method.
