Signal Parameter Estimation by the Khatri-Rao Product Array in the Presence of Correlated Waves

(in English) In many applications of array antennas, small number of elements is preferable in view of hardware complexity and cost performance.
However, the number of waves resolvable by an array is limited by the number of elements.
To overcome this degrees-of-freedom (DOF) problem in the array, several techniques have proposed.
Recently, a simple technique to enhance DOF by using the Khatri-Rao product has proposed.
The techniques assumes that all the incident waves are uncorrelated.
When the waves are correlated or coherent, accuracy of direction-of-arrival estimation deteriorates significantly.
In this report, we propose a simple suppression technique for the signal correlation terms.
