Evaluation of concordance rate of cell samples and ellipse templates

(in English) Cancer is one of the diseases with high death rate. The difference between cancer tissue and normal tissue is cell distribution. We use the ellipse template and the edge process to extract the cells from normal tissue image. Then, in order to validation of Cell extraction results, a sample image of cell distribution by visual inspection is made. But this visual inspection model’s sample point isn’t inaccurate enough to compare cell extraction results. This study, calculation by maximum extraction rate and number of consecutive——correlation coefficient, depending on maximum of this calculation results to locate sample point. The correlation coefficient of this modified sample point is 0.0126.
