| 抄録 | （和） | 沖永良部島をふくむ奄美諸島は、２０１３年に日本復帰（５３年１２月）６０周年を迎える。復帰後の奄美諸島はいわゆる奄振法に基づき、復興事業、振興事業、振興開発事業が展開されてきた。これらの奄振事業の第一の目的は「本土との格差是正」である。本土との格差是正の主要な項目の一つに「交通・通信基盤」の整備があり、現行の振興開発事業においても「情報通信基盤の整備」と記されている。知名町における光ファイバー整備事業は奄振事業ではないが、「本土との格差是正」という流れのなかに位置づけることができる。本稿では、戦後の格差是正という時代の流れのなかに知名町の光ファイバー整備事業を位置づけるとともに、島民及びユーザーの立場から、島嶼における情報通信基盤について問題提起を行う。 |
| （英） | For Amami Islands, including Okinoerabujima, it will be the 60th anniversary of reversion to Japan in 2013. After returning to Japan, reconstruction projects have been developed business promotion, promotion of development projects, based on the law of Amami Islands Promotion. The primary purpose of the promotion is "Correction of the disparity with the mainland". One of the main items of disparity with the mainland is a development of "transportation and communication infrastructure". Although development projects of optical fiber in China-cho is not a business of the promotion, it can be positioned in the flow of " Correction of the disparity with the mainland." In this paper, the optical fiber deployment projects of China-cho is positioned in the trends of the disparities after the war, then issues about the information and communication infrastructure are raised, from the standpoint of users in the islands. | |
